The impact resistance of PC board can reach up to 3KG/CM, which is 250-300 times of ordinary glass and 20 times of acrylic board, and there is almost no danger of breakage.The thicker the thickness, the better the impact resistance, more than 6mm can prevent machine/rifle bullets, can be affixed to the back of the glass to make bulletproof and anti-smash composite glass.
PC board transmittance up to 89 percent , the thickness of different 3-5 percent difference, comparable to glass, also known as PC glass.
The ignition point of PC board is 580 degree , which is flame-retardant, and it will go out after leaving the fire, and will not contribute to the spread of fire, and it will not produce harmful gases when burning.
PC belongs to the flame-retardant materials, leaving the fire from extinguishing, better than PMMA (acrylic). And can be coated to improve the flame retardancy.
PC board surface with double co-extruded UV coating, can absorb ultraviolet rays, outdoor ten years without fading.
Stable performance in the test range of minus 40 degree -120 degree , the limit of temperature resistance up to 145 degrees, to adapt to the extremely low harsh environment.
